Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden costs. Pay once and download your tenancy agreement instantly.
Can I use the agreement for multiple properties?
Each purchase is for one tenancy agreement. To create an agreement for a different property or tenant, simply fill in the form again with the new details and complete a new purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once you have downloaded your agreement. If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact us at support@tenancyagreementtemplate.co.uk and we will help resolve it.
Can I upgrade after purchasing?
